I absolutely love Hoover Music! I can always depend on them to have exactly what I need for my students and the staff are so knowledgeable! I always love coming in to Hoover!

What started off great now has turned into a nasty mess. Not only does Hoover Music over inflate their prices on rentals; they treat their customer base poorly as well.



Never again will I recommend Hoover Music, not even to an adversary...

I took a classic violin in to hoover to have them work on it, needing quite a bit but I told them money did not matter. They said they would look it over and call me back with an estimate, no problem.



I got a call later that day from the man who was supposed to be working on it telling me it wasn't worth his time, I practically had to yell at him to put a bridge on!!!



This is unacceptable if you refuse to work on instruments why would you advertise that you do and why refuse service YOU LOSE MONEY STUPID.

it looked like they had a lot of nice instruments. I walked in and didn't get any help which i needed to buy an instrument. meanwhile many of the store employees just sat around and gave me dirty looks while other people got helped. Maybe if you're not a woman, you'll get good customer service. RUDE
