I was promised that my order would be ready by 5pm last Wednesday, when I went to pick up my order at 5pm, not only did I have to wait an entire hour for them to finish it...The order was completely wrong!!! I needed it for an event last Saturday and the store was closed last Thurs-Sun so I paid over $300 for an order that was not even close to what I wanted. I also asked the owner if any kind of discount would be applied since the order was not on time and not correct and he told me that they did me a favor by finishing my order in 9 days. Wow--that doesn't sound like express service to me. I will never go back to this place and I would recommend that you go ANYWHERE but here if you need custom T-shrts (or anything else for that matter)
This customer wanted an order of shirts printed with 5 locations in one week right before Thanksgiving. Our normal turnaround is a week and a half, but they needed it for an event. We decided to help them out and squeezed it in Wednesday afternoon (staying an hour late to make sure it got done). The customer complicated the order halfway through the process and didn't approve the artwork until last minute. We did make an error on one of the names and discounted the order for that, but the rest of the order was perfect. The problem here was last minute ordering, complicated design work, and slow proof approval.

Provided by YP.comThese guys were great! Super friendly staff, answered all my questions and even helped me design my shirts at No Charge! I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Provided by YP.comGreat Job on my school's shirts. The staff was friendly and helpful assisting me wit what I needed. THey were the fastest and cheapest in town but the shirts were of high quality and right on par with the designs I presented. I recomend Express Press to anyone seeking a printing business!

Provided by YP.comI just got my road trip shirts done and they were perfect! Ultra fast service, artist design was incredible, and they ended up being very inexpensive. I highly recommende them. I'll be back next year!
