I renewed my lease because my neighbors are great, fairly quiet community, and it is affordable for the location.

Nice quite place to live. Maintenance could be quicker. Neighbors are nice. Not a lot of parking. Going on 2 years here don't plan on leaving soon

I've lived at Dryden Place for going on 3 years now and love it. I have a nice two story townhome with access to a swimming pool and washer and dryer facilities. In the time I've lived here it has been an enjoyable, nice quiet place to live. And they do exceptional at fast response to all maintenance issues and keep the grounds clean and the landscape groomed regularly. I highly recommend checking Dryden Place out if you're looking for an affordable, well kept place to live! -Robert
