Dr. Amy Schulte was born and raised in Texas. Her dental schooling brought her to University of Kansas City Missouri. She then moved on to Denver, Colorado for her orthodontic training and found herself back in Missouri after a few years of practice out west. She earned a certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry then practiced as a general dentist for 3 years prior to starting her orthodontic residency. This experience helps her to communicate well with her patients family dentists to coordinate complex cases. As an orthodontist in Camdenton, Waynesville, Lebanon, Dr. Schulte wants all of her patients to have an exceptional experience with their orthodontic treatment. She believes that most teens and adults can be treated effectively with clear aligner therapy (Invisalign) or traditional braces. One focus of her continuing education is on learning as much as possible about Invisalign, as the aligner material and techniques continue to improve. There are few things that I love more in life than helping someone get what they want! If a patient desires a beautiful smile, I am here to deliver and am blessed beyond measure to be part of the orthodontic profession. Dr. Schultes husband, Michael, is also an orthodontist. He is originally from Germany, and they enjoy traveling together. They are both self-proclaimed foodies and like to try eating and cooking most anything! They have an 11-year-old black lab named Hector and a 10-year-old black lab mix named Foxy. Dr. Schulte loves to run, practice yoga, and ski. She is a part of CrossFit 610 in Lebanon, MO, and absolutely loves her new-found strength through this supportive community.
