Looking back I wish I had tried a different firm that would, at least, have kept me better informed on what was going on with my case.

I have been with Parmele for a...

I have been with Parmele for a year and a half almost 2 years now and wish I had never called their # or walked into their office.. During this time I have had 3 attorny's the last one I actually met the morning that I was about to go into the court room. Like 5 minutes before...

During this time I have only recieved 2 phone calls.. neither of which were of any help to me, they wanted info and the 2nd call was an appt call that I say and waited for, for 3 hours than the Lawyer finally did call but I had a doc appt and couldn't wait any longer, I feel that all they have done is waste my time with them. and am now looking for another law firm to go to for help because the Parmele Law Firm has been Not one bit of help for me.. If anyone asked me about using this firm I would and will tell them to run the other way and not waste their time like I have done or maybe I should say they have wasted my time..

Beware

Do yourself a huge favor. Learn about 'closed period'. Parmele doesn't mention it on their web site and a Parmele lawyer won't tell you about it. But, it's the only kind of case they pursue; 'Closed Period' Disability. It's back pay only with NO ongoing monthly check. These guys are vultures. You'd be better served to find a lawyer who actually defines 'closed period' on their respective web site. That way you know they're not lurking in the shadows, like Parmele. Consider yourself warned.

Closed Period cases are not the only type of Social Security law practiced by Parmele Law Firm. There are times that it's the only option open to some claimants due to circumstances such as returning to work after being off for at least a 12 month period. We'll discuss closed period options with our clients although it only comes into play with a relatively small percentage of our clients. We always want to get the maximum amount of benefits for our clients and work to achieve that outcome each and every time we represent a client before the Social Security Administration.

I have had them working on my case for a year. I have seen all their tv ads about understanding and helping us that can not help ourselfs. All they have done is given me the run around. The peson that was working my case has not been thee for a while but they didnt even tell me.they just now ordering my papers from mt doctors. They told me a year agoall they had to to was write a letter because of the problems i have, and it would not take long. Now they dont know what im talking about. I had asked to talk to Mr Parmele but he was out and didnt return my call.So as you might guess i can not give them a good rating
