Great place, good service, experienced technicians, friendly people. They work on all of my vehicles (I have 7 of them) and I will continue to use them

I am very thankful for budget raidiator. I have been taking my cars to them for over 10 years. I never have to worry about quality, or integraty, and their customer service is first rate.

I've been using Budget Automotive for the last 10 years. They have done amazing service! I have taken my Toyota Sienna , Saturn and Mazda for service. I have had everything from air-conditioning to radiator work to oil changes repaired by their technicians. Paul and Wendy run a wonderful business and are all about customer service. They let you know what is going on with your vehicle and how much it's going to cost before they do any repairs. They follow up with you after the repairs are performed to ensure you are happy with their service. I highly recommend Budget Automotive for all of your automobile repairs.

i have been a customer for about a dozen years. budget is the right name. i keep going back because of the honest, reliable service. paul and wendy always greet me by name. and if i need a service they can't provide, they will tell me who to see that is as honest and reliable as they are. paul and wendy: thanks for all your help keeping me on the road at a reasonable price.

Like the title says, I have been a very loyal customer of Budget Automotive for over 20 years. Paul and Wendy are two of the best people I have ever met. Their prices are always fair and Paul always makes a point of explaining everything so you understand it. This is the only shop I will ever take a vehicle to.

Amazing customer service. They helped get us back on the road quickly and effectively. They quickly diagnosed the problem with our radiator and didn't charge us crazy fees. They were honest and fair and had incredible integrity. Great family business. It is worth it to drive the 45 minutes from our home to have such great service. The Thank You note they sent with us at the end was very classy... 5 stars for the over-the-top customer service. Highly recommended!

very friendly and upfront not bad on pricing but make sure you get quotes in writing. their time management sucks. they will say the job will be completed on monday and it takes them until thursday. otherwise great place

I have known Paul and Wendy at Budget Automotive for years and have liked and respected the work they do. I delivered parts in central Springfield for 6 years for one of the biggest auto parts companies in the country. When I retired from there, I knew literally dozens of repair shops, their work quality, and their ethics. Many of them were good. But, when I need auto repairs, I take my car to Budget! I know I'll get good prices, honest and reliable repairs. They make their customers know how much they appreciate the customer's business. They make repeat customers by making good, fast, honest repairs and standing behind their work! You can't ask for more in a business!

Ever since my 1st experienced with Budget Automotive I felt like we've known one another for years, I only known them about 2011. Paul & Wendy & their team had been great they treat you with respect, kindness & most important honesty. I truly believe they your car or truck like it was theirs. Since 2011 i have taken my car to them. I would and have recommend them everyone. I even went on Facebook and my friends about Budget Automotive. they are people.

This is a great place to take your car for repairs. Very friendly staff, they explained everything in detail, showed me what was wrong, and gave me options. I didn't feel pressured at all, no high pressure sales. They advised me of what was needed, and what to look for in the future. As a single female, I was a little uneasy about taking my car in for service, but these people made me feel like I had made the right choice about where to bring my car. I will recommend them to all of my friends. And Paul and Wendy are very nice people, customer service is there top priority. They will work with you and make you feel like you are part of the family. I would like to say thank you to your staff. You all were wonderful. I had to leave to go out of town and my car would not start at all. I had my car towed into your shop and you guys got me on the road in no time flat. Yes it was something as simple as the alternator but your staff had it figured out in no time at all.
