We start with only the finest cuts of meat and rub them with the right spices and then smoke'em low and slow over real hickory wood. This process takes longer than most but the reward is worh the work. Then we pair it with some of the best sauces and sides you have ever put in your mouth. Everyone says they're the best, here at Bubba's were ready to prove it! Our BBQ is so good you will want to slap someone elses grandma!
