Dr. Brackman, a graduate of Tufts University and Boston University Medical School, has been in practice since 2003. His early career was dedicated to the management of acute surgical conditions and bariatric surgery. Author of several books (most recently The MD Score: How to Tell if You Have a Good Doctor), Dr. Brackman has spent the recent two years taking care of critically ill COVID patients in New York, Sint Maarten, and Curacao. After returning from abroad, he has reestablished his practice in Manhattan, where he performs general surgery, cosmetic injectables, and weight management. The doctor believes that it takes a healthy body, mind, and spirit to achieve the most in life, and that he has been blessed with the privilege to help patients attain these three pillars.
