I went into this store on Sunday 2/9/14 to look at beds for my kids, I decided to get 3 twin beds and a new full size box spring for my self I was assured they would be delivered Wed. during the process I was told they only had 2 of the box springs I wanted were available this was after paying $1,000 I was told I'd get a call on Monday so they could figure it out. They called Monday and they had a box spring for me just a diffrent color which was no big deal as long as it was the same quality (which I think it's a cheaper version) I was again assured they would be delivered Wed. I called Tues to confirm everything because I had to work Wed at 2 I was again assured they would be there by 1. I waited all morning for them to deliver the beds they never showed up and never called I had to call again on Wed to find out where they were and had to explain that my kids were sleeping on the floor and it was unacceptable, they wanted me to wait till Saturday I said no I wanted my money back the manager stated there no refund contract I explained it said on the "contract" that i'd have the beds on that day. He then said he's call me back the next day 3 days later and he still has not called me. I had to call the store on Friday to confirm the Saturday delivery at which point I was told deliveries were cancelled Wed. due to a snow storm I didn't buy that excuse because we didn't have a snow storm till Thursday. The beds finally came Saturday but during the essembly one of the metal bed frams snapped after 7 phone calls to the store and customer service I was told to take a picture of it and text it to them I still have not received a response I paid $70.00 bor a bed frame for my son's bed that broke before it was even put together, I would never shop there again I'm sorry I ever entered there store they lie, and when there's an issue don't seem to carestay far away from theses crooks I would buy a bed off craigslist before shopping here again.

It was a great experience and they did a good job. The sales people were very knowledgeable and not pushy. I would come back for sure.

We bought 3 mattresses for our children.First trip they said they would be in a few days , returned yesturday 12-23-12 , told any time trucks late. My Husband spent over 7 hours waiting at the mall for a call. He received one to come get them, they DID NOT have them upon his arrival. The store was calling us at 7p, NEVER happened. We called today and were told by Laura ( manager) , not in till Wednesday & you cant have your money back to go elsewhere " READ THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT". I tried to be very friendly with this woman to help figure out how to obtain our childrens beds. She was beyond unprofessional & would not give me a supervisor above her. " call customer service tomorrow but they will tell you the same" We checked they took out close too $500.00 and we have NO beds. We asked for another stores number in Hartford she said "look it up im busy" and hung up on us. Keep in mind she repeadedly hung up on us threw this. I called Hartford, MUCH more professional!!!!, sympathedic. As a Family of 6 to have a business so unprofessional and to have such horrific policies after there repeaded error's, WE have told families to never be a victim of this scam. Thank you Ikasa we will never ever recommend you, Merry Christmas!!!! So Christmas EVE we will be chasing around someone from this company to give us our money.
