If there was a "zero" star option I would have chosen that! This company is a poor example of customer service. I'm a fairly new customer to them. I had them come out to inspect my furnance in early October and at that time I signed up for their $99/year safety inspection. During that visit I received good service with them. Well tonight my furnace stopped working and I called the emergency after hours number on their website. The gentleman who answered was nice and took my information, quoted me $149.95 emergency after hours fee, and promised to have the on call technician call me back. Well over and hour later I still had yet to hear from the on call technician. I called yet again the emergency after hours number and spoke with a nice woman who again took down my information and promised to have an on call technician call me. Well about five minutes later a different woman called me back. She said she actually worked for Mike Williams and said that because this after hours emergency was after 10 pm it was going to be $220.95!!!! I tried to explain to this woman that I called the emergency after hours number over an hour ago and was waiting for the on call technician to call me back plus that wasn't the price that I was quoted by their after hours emergency representative. She then proceeded to tell me that the after hours representatives did not work for Mike Williams SHE DID!! She also proceeded to tell me that I would have to give her a valid credit card number up front before she would even call the on call technician who was in bed sleeping like she was! This Mike Williams employee was VERY RUDE and inconsiderate to a new customer. I'm quite disappointed by this company, their employee, and their service! I will never use Mike Williams again, nor will I refer any of my friends or family to them!!!

Scam Artists. Got 3 bids from plumbers for under the sink kitchen work. Had to pay Mike Williams $60 just to come out and look and the $60 would not go towards any repair. They bid $1,000. The two other plumbers looked at the same work and one came in at $300; the other at $400. So, I'm out $60 before I even start. And no, I am not going with Mike Williams.

A quick short note to let you know that my wife and I were pleased with our recent dealings with your company. The plumber Cameron Somerfield did an excellent job in getting our clogged sewer unstopped. He was courteous and efficient in performing his duties. When I spoke to your dispatcher after his work was completed, I informed her that if I were to need your services again, I would ask for him by name. She let me know that she would make a note of that in my file. Later Jeff (sorry I do not recall his last name) stopped by to video scope our drain to determine what may be causing our problem. Again Jeff was top notch in performing his task and took the time to explain what the potential problem was and what might be the best way to avoid future problems. As a bonus we were pleased to find that his service was a part of the original price and that there was no additional charge for his part of the service. Your dispatch and follow up calls were well coordinated by friendly and helpful dispatchers. We also thought your prices were fair. All in all from the first call to the last we were pleased with your companies service and I would not hesitate to recommend you to others

I DONT KNOW HOW YOU ALL SLEEP AT NIGHT.MY WIFE HAD MIKE WILLIAMS OUT TO GIVE A BID ON CLEANING THE COIL ON OUR FURNACE AND REPAIR 3/4 IN PLASTIC LINE FROM FURNACE.MIKE WILLIAMS BID PRICE-$755.00.NO THANKS MIKE.CALLED RICH GATZENBERGER WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED IN THE FIRST PLACE.HIS PRICE TO FIX BOTH ISSUES-$67.00.ITS SAD THAT EVEN IF ONE OUT OF EVERY TEN OF THEIR CUSTOMERS FALLS FOR THEIR PRICE,MIKE WILLIAMS IS MAKING A MINT.PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED,CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

Wanted to let everyone know that our experience with Mike Williams Plumbing & Heating was great. The AC tech that came out knew his job, his was on time, very nice and answered our questions. They gave a us a quote on the work that should be done. Would definitely have them back when we need more work done.

Joe was wonderful to work with. He explained what he was going to do and gave me the possible costs upfront. He was fast, efficient and very nice!!

I was very impressed with the speed and courtesy of Mike Williams service. They made a bad day into a much better one. I will call them again and have already recommended them to my friends.

I had a heater that went out & was hoping that it could be fixed. Well it could have been & they gave me all my options & with age of the unit it would be more cost effective to replace my heater & ac. They didn't pressure me only answered my questions & let me decide. When the service tech came out they where friendly & answered any questions I had. They even found an error on how my system was originally set up & corrected that as well. May cost a little more but the customer service is worth it to me. :)

Complete rip off of a company. Use anyone but these guys.
