Backyard makeover 2011

My wife and I bought a newly constructed house with a backyard that needed help. We have four children and the existing yard had a steep slope and was not kid-friendly. We invited Bill over for an estimate and his ideas for fixing our problem. He arrived on time and within days we had a fair and resonable estimate and drawing in hand, along with some pictures of suggested plants/trees/paving stones and retaing wall he suggested.
