If I could give this place a zero I would. I placed a large order for my office and they deliveried all but one lunch. I paid the delivery guy the money thanked him and he left. My bad for not looking to make sure its all there. However, when calling back the person basically called me a liar and was going to charge me again to have another lunch delivered. So, the delivery driver got one hell of a tip. Never again will I order from this place.

I have been ordering from China 1 for years. I think the usuals I order are great I get egg rolls, fried rice and lo mein. The one thing that has decreased in quality is the crab ragoon I would like double the filling in half the number of wraps and it would be perfect. The quantity of cream cheese and crab have dropped to where I can hardly taste it if I wanted friend wonton wrap I would ask for it. I want a little fried wonton wrap with creamy cream cheese and crab other than that everything is the same.

After many years of being a China 1 customer I am posting a negative review due to not receiving what I ordered. The last time I ordered from them I ordered the Mongolian Beef and when it arrived there was no beef in the meal. I called and told them about it and they said that the next time I called in to order to let them know so that they could provide what I ordered. I called and ordered food and they had no plans on making it right this time so I cancelled my order and told them that I will take my business elsewhere, of which they were fine with me doing so. My father's last meal before he died was from China 1 and now they've ruined any possibility of future orders from them. It's a shame, oh well.

I felt as though the food was way over cooked the sweet an sour chicken pieces were really small and since cooked to long the chicken was hard instead of tender ( on the inside )! When I called about my concern the man who answered didn't even introduce a business name said hello and just kept saying that's how we do it here not grasping the idea that outside of the hockey should be crunchy not the inside hard chicken to me at least isn't good hen you can't even chew it I recommend sunny china house and little Saigon thy are my favorite places to eat and really friendly and accommodating!!
