I saw the driver delivering packages across the street ON MY BLOCK hours ago and it’s now 11 pm and still no package. I think it’s safe to assume that it’s not coming in time. I’m never using ups, especially this location again.

Provided by YP.comI wish I could give this garbage site zero stars. My package has been “lost” on the delivery day 6 separate times. How is that even possible ? Sometimes they leave it at the wrong door and my neighbors will return it. Other times, ITS JUST MISSING! Calling this location and speaking with the “supervisor” is pointless. They know nothing or do absolutely NOTHING!!!! I’ve had it with them. I’m going to write a million letters to the inspector until something is done. Ridiculous!!

Provided by YP.comMy mother has been waiting for a package since Nov. 29. It is now Dec. 8 and UPS says the package is still in transit. To where, Russia? Unbelievably bad service.

Provided by YP.comLazy delivery driver ! ive been waiting for 2 days tracking always says "out for delivery" please don't use this facility if you have heavy packages they don't deliver nor they wont leave any messages in your mail box. Mad as hell !!!!!

Don't use this location facility for your packages. They don't deliver as promised.
If you buy a phone from your mobile service provider, be aware!!! Calling ups is not enough. The best thing to do is to manage and hold your package at your nearest ups service point (not this location!!! choose somewhere else) and go pick it up later on. That's the only safe way to get it. Days can become weeks if you dont do so.
Their office hours aren't convinient and the drivers are liers. MY OWN EXPIRIENCE, THIS DRIVERS WONT KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR IF YOU PACKAGE IS EXPENSIVE OR HEAVY.

Provided by SuperpagesThe UPS truck came on my block, never came to my door even though the house numbers are clearly written. So i assumed it was not the correct truck with my package. The driver then posted an update that the address needs updating because the apartment # is missing. THIS WAS A PRIVATE HOUSE!!! Called customer service and the rude rep just gave excuses and then put me on hold for 15 minutes to get a supervisor.

Provided by YP.comMy packages always returned back to sender since delivery guy made fake notes on my packages: "customer request pick up" and never sent notice to my address. I did not know I had packages from UPS and the packages returned back to senders eventually.

Provided by SuperpagesI spoke to the supervisor,Lorraine, about a misdelivered package.I was very pleased that the next day, the package was rerouted to me, as she 3 days of speaking to various UPS employees, she was the only one who followed through on her woman is to be commended on her customer service skills. Can't say the same for your telephone reps, what a bunch of incompetents, they a clue about anything & because you outsource calls, barely can understand them no less get your problem resolved. Kudos to Ms Lorraine

Provided by SuperpagesThey're absolutely unprofessional in every sense of the word, my package never came when I called to get information the young lady Brianna was so rude I could not believe my ears, I took off a days pay to receive my package that required a signature and the person never came and Brianna insisted to tell me maybe the sticky blew away in the wind, when she wasn't at my home with me watching out the window every hour on the hour. They obviously know nothing about customer service I'm highly disappointed..

This is not the first time that my package was delayed, I always check on my package delivery online to make sure I'm at home the whole day to wait for the package and end up getting excuses from UPS that no one is home at the time of delivery with no door tags or my address is missing, then I end up picking my package at the branch. This is supposed to be a convenient delivery not an inconvenience. This is how domino effect happens - customers complains, ergo no more customer and no more money for business-> UPS corporate get fed-up and closes branch -> people lose jobs...just because of a lazy employee who does not want his job in the first place... with the job scarce right now..they should give this job to a person who actually wants "A" job or wants the job and gives good customer service. If only I can rate this place no star.

And when you call and decide to see if there is anyone in charge of modifying this behavior you are met with denial and attitude. I think it's fair to say that the people who work here spend more time covering each other's tracks than actually delivering packages. It's a shame you can't choose your own facilities to deal with your packages because this place does nothing but give a bad name to UPS entirely.
