Mr. Mack McCarthy does more than provide a service. He cares about his clients by showing compassion and sharing his wisdom with those who will receive it. We especially love how it is mandatory that cosigners counsel with him one-on-one to have a thorough understanding of the responsibility they're taking on. Understanding the emotions families are experiencing, his patience goes above and beyond while still requiring and giving the utmost respect. This "ministry" of his was a Godsend for my family as this was our first experience with this process.
