They came on a Saturday morning and took care of everything. I have since called them to ask a question and they responded within the hour. I am very impressed and highly recommend!

I called this week. I had a terrible rat problem. A Right Way Pest Control came out the same day. The service tech came out and did a great job and was neat and very professional.They set up a follow up, came back out sealed up the holes the rats were entering through. They were suprisingly affordable. I am extremely satisfied. Highly recommend!

I have a fear of bugs, especially spiders, that causes me to panic if I have to deal with one. I honestly can't handle it. Today I thought I was going to lose it after seeing my 5th spider since last night! My husband is out of town for several more days and I don't have anyone nearby to help me with this. It's Saturday afternoon so I figured I was out of luck. I was so upset and preparing to pack up my daughter and 2 dogs to find a hotel until someone could help with my spider problem. Through my panic attack, I dialed several pest control companies and most led me to a voicemail box. I called A Rite-Way and a nice lady explained that they were closed but she took the time to ask what was wrong. When she realized just how upset I was, she told me to hold on while she explained my situation to her husband. She calmed me down and got my address. She told me to step outside with my daughter and dogs and get a chair to relax in while they played and someone would be right there. I did just that and after catching my breath I started to relax a little. Within no time a truck pulled up and a very nice man came in to look at the spider I had managed to capture. He assured me it wasn't a dangerous one but he understood how even the harmless ones terrify me. He sprayed inside everywhere and then even sprayed the outside of my house and my entire yard. I was fully prepared to pay double or triple since I was needing this on such short notice and on a weekend. He only charged what he normally would have! This company is run by a wonderful Christian couple who clearly did this to help someone in a panic rather than to make a lot of money! I would certainly recommend!!!!
