Great place. Original/Fantastic! Guests choose all, repeat, all the ingredients for their food including seasonings, sauces, meats, seafood, vegetables, etc. Guests "pile" their bowls (1 bowl per guest) from a giant buffet of fresh raw foods, & then hand it to the chef who cooks it for them on a hot grill. This is Chinese buffet at its best - Guests can take home what they can't finish and the restaurant has no wasted food! Brilliant!
