They used to have great management, but it has changed hands 3 times in the past few years. There is not only NO onsite manager now, but they locked us and multiple other renters out because they never came by and picked up the checks in the drop box and never so much and said sorry to any of us. They stopped taking credit cards and now what us to mail them checks every month instead of being able to drop them off at the office while we are there. They stopped allowing the prepay specials that the old owners put together. I would NOT recommend this storage unit as long as they have the current ownership.
