Just finished my 6 week challenge today. I'm very proud of myself. It was the best thing I've ever done for myself-and I feel amazing Thanks Probodies and all the awesome coaches there! I don't think I could have done it without the support the coaches give. Everyone that attends the gym becomes family. Glad I join the family at Probodies # Jordan u have a great team

i stuck this place out for 6 months hoping everyday it would get better....it only got worse. No business plan obviously since they tried to expand and then did nothing with the new area. She tries to run two classes at the same time in two separate rooms using ONE timer, which is an ultimate fail. Class is taught by reading the board and figuring it out yourself, while the coach/owner sits on her cell phone OR gossips about what ever drama she has going on in her life. Her drama WILL be your drama. The equipment is extremely low grade, and there is not much variety. I have now been a part of 4 different crossfit gyms, and this is a sh*thole. She steals programming, but then alters is to where the good programming becomes AWFUL programming. Do NOT buy into any of the referral or reward programs, she DOESN'T pay out. Careful when you quit, b/c she has been known to continue charging your card--most people cancel their cards in fear of this. The most childish, and unprofessional business owner I have encountered. I was at least the 10th person to quit in less than a month's time. The classes aren't structured and there is a LOT of talking. When i got to workout, I go to DO WORK! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. :)
