Bob came out to the house to determine if I had a leak cause my pump to barely work. He verified I did not have any leaks but determined I had some blockage in the pipe between the skimmer basket and pump. He resolved that and got some good pumping action going. Since the pool was full of algae (the pump had not operated for about two weeks), Bob told me I'd likely have to backwash soon. He was right. In fact, I had to backwash a couple of times until enough algae was removed to stop clogging the filter. I am completely satisfied with how it all turned out. Thanks, Bob!

Bob Cobb came out and with in 15 minutes showed me where the leaks on my pool were. He however was not able to fix it. The company he recommended were rude and unprofessional so another plasterer was called. But for finding the leak and doing it quickly.Lonestart did a great job.
