This place is a blessing for me! I have a crazy dog and we are not allowed at petco or petsmart... But he loves Kristi and she is great with him! She keeps him calm and does some awesome work!

Kristis is great. She gets my dogs in and out quickly and occasionally I have to wait because she is busy. I'm glad she is busy...lets me know that her services are in demand!!!

OMG! This business does not deservie a "STAR" RATING!!



Too busy not enough assistance!!! Overcharges the customer, among other things.



This place is a joke!! I will never take my dog there again!!

Thiis is the second time I take my dog and she took along time just to groom 1 dog. I get a call from her saying that she cut my dog and she suggest not to take him to the vet. Ive had this dog since birth and he is our little baby. I took him to a sugested vet and found out he needed stiches. Went back to the groomer and asked nicely if she would pay the bill of 210.00 . She quickly denied responsiblilty of the bill and said if there was any problems contact my lawyer. She gave me a copy of the aggrement I signed and it stated that she would not be responsible of any loss of the pet or injury when in fact groomers should be responsible of there pets where they sibosidly "treat our pets like royalty".
