He has been named one of Houston's "Top Docs" 11 times, and has been voted one of Houston's top cosmetic breast surgeons by his peers. A board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Perlman was an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. He and his staff work with the patient, as a team, in order to individualize their care to achieve the best results. That's one of the reasons that many of his patients are referred from previous patients.
