First off I, would like to say that Fesler's Finest Automotive has alway's made customer satisfaction priority. After 18 years in business Fesler's has made a lot of repair's and a lot of friends along the way. As far as the complaint goes, Im sorry for his trouble, but the fact is the car was not leaking oil from the gasket (that he supplied) after the work was done. Also a grinder was never used to remove the old gasket. The leak we saw was coming from the power steering. Had the vehicle been leaking oil from the repair we made the vehicle would not have left the shop. If in fact it was leaking from the same place he should have brought it back for us to see, or at least have us go to the other shop to see it.

took my car to get an oil leak repaired. when i picked it up,the leak was worse than when i dropped it off. they tried to tell me it was the power steering leaking and i would have to take it to the dealer. it had not lost a drop of p s fluid. i took it to another shop where they found it to be leaking oil the same place feslers had repaired. they found that feslers had damaged the aluminum engine block with a grinder while removing the old gasket. they made the proper repairs and fixed the leak. i went back to feslers to try to get my money back since they had not done the job i paid for. they said they did nothing wrong and it wasnt leaking when they finished and would not give me my money back. their incompetent mechanical skills are equalled only by their crappy customer service. DO NOT take your vehicle to these morons! I rated them 1 star only because zero was not an option.
