Well I don't know if the business changed hands but I took a item there in the past last year there was a nice lady there but now there are three rude guys there one of the three is a manager and I brought in several exspencive items in that I have pawned there and at a diffrent pawn shop and they would not give me anything it was a total waste of time do not give them business they are stupid

Cypresswood pawn helped me out when no one else would. I really needed some money for an emergency, other pawn shops were rude to me and would not give what I was asking for. I did not get as I would have liked to, but she took the time to explain to me how she came up with the figure. She took the time to help me out and now they are my only pawn shop.

I love this place. They are friendly and honest. They let you know up front what you are buying. They actually interact with the customers and make sure to test the items before you leave the store. I was and am very impressed.

this place has given me a new perspective on the pawn buisness. with their unusual self-involment with each and every customer. Unlike most pawn buisness, which are mostly non-negotiable, cypresswood offers competative prices and negotiable options as far as prices and loan amounts.
