After purchasing a garden tractor they wanted to charge $80 to pick it up and they wanted me to pay for a diagnostic before they even looked at the problem. The John Deere tractor was still under warranty and only after about thirty minutes of mowing it overheated. I expected problems in the future so I returned the tractor, my attempts to get a least part of my money back have been futile. Save your money and go some place else.

We purchased our ride-on lawn mower from them and it came with a warranty, but beware! Although your lawn mower may be under warranty by them, they charge almost $120 for pickup and delivery if it needs service. We have brought our lawnmower to them 3 times for service. They always tell you that it will be done by Monday, but it takes them to the following Friday. They have cost us more money than saved us. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
