About Final Touch Powder Coating Our priority is high quality finishes and top notch customer service. We've been applying show quality powder coating since 1999. Every part is treated as if it were our own, taking special care to tape off or plug critical areas that shouldn't be coated. Final Touch Powder Coating is a custom coater batch shop. That basically means we powder coat in batches for the general public and our process is completely manual, no automated equipment. Our 5, 000 square foot facility is located only 10 miles north of Fayetteville NC in Spring Lake, just outside of Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base, see our address below. Our 20' oven can handle any motorcycle part and practically any car or truck part including frames and race car chassis. For a price quote on anything not listed on our price lists on the right side of this page please E-mail a detailed description and picture if possible to Roger at roger finaltouchpowdercoating.com. You are also welcome to call ( 910 ) 496-0555 during normal business hours ( see below ) or please leave a message after hours. We are excited to announce the addition of a 1, 200 square foot indoor blasting facility! We offer non-abrasive soda blasting as well as abrasive medias, and will glady blast your parts even if they won't be powder coated. Because baking soda is a non-abrasive there is no need to remove or mask glass, chrome, rubber, fiberglass or plastic. That translates to a considerable time savings for our customers. See an example of how gentle soda blasting is on our Shop photo gallery as we stripped a 1971 Corvette. The paint was completely stripped off but the fiberglass was not damaged. In fact the process is so easy on the surface that we can even leave old body filler in tact if desired. Blasting an entire car or truck is by appointment only and will usually be completed the same or next day, a fraction of the time needed to hand sand or chemically strip. Please contact us for more information and pricing. The automotive industry uses powder coating on wheels, bumpers, hubcaps, door handles, decorative trim and accent parts, truck beds, radiators, filters and numerous engine parts. Powder coatings are also used as primer surfacing and an anti-chip coating on hoods and body panels. The architectural and building market powder coats aluminum extrusions used on frames for windows, doors and modular furniture. Many highway and building projects use powder coating on light poles, guard rails, signs, posts and fencing. Harley-Davidson Motor Company has recognized the advantages of powder coating for many years. They have used this process on frames, swing arms, engine components and various other parts. Harley-Davidson has also included powder coating on virtually every part of the Dyna Super Glide Sport and Night Train models with very impressive results. Any metal part can be powder coated. However, powder coating has some limitations such as excessive heat and high powder cure temperatures. The rule of thumb on powder coating automotive exhaust parts is, anywhere a chrome pipe "blues" or discolors from high heat is too hot for powder coating. Another limitation is powder coating parts that contain lead solder such as radiators, heater cores, metal gas tanks, etc. The powder cure temperature is high enough to cause lead solder to soften and sometimes start to melt.

Roger is great at what he does and the job always comes out to perfection from railings to bicycle frames. Great people, excellent work. I will never take my business for powder coating or sand blasting anywhere else. The attention to detail and quick response on email or phone is great as well.

I had a set of Porsche wheels that had the original color and clear-coat paint start to go bad due mainly to age and my constant cleaning and polishing. I didn't want to just get them repainted and have to go through the same re-painting process again in the future. I talked to Final Touch on the phone, got a quote and delivered the wheels to their shop during the Christmas/New Year holiday season. The wheels were stripped, prepped, powder coated, and ready for pickup in 3 DAYS!! The quality and finish on the wheels was better than new and the durability over paint is unquestionable. I highly recommend Final Touch Powder Coating for any powder coating work you need. Very professional and friendly staff.
