Very friendly employees, always willing to help you out if you need help, always smiling and trying to make their customers smile, as well. They're very patient, too, and will remain calm if a customer is rude (which I have, sadly, witnessed on several occasions). I live just right down the road, so I'm a regular. Though the employees and the manager don't know my name, they certainly know my face! Though the prices are a bit pricey for a "dollar" store, the customer service is great and I definitely don't dread shopping here.
