Horrible, horrible, horrible! Took a chance on a local guy and was seriously disappointed. Not only did he lie about his knowledge, he tried to pawn off an inferior video card for my system! Now am $130 in the hole and had to fix it myself! Would never, ever recommend going here!!!!!!

Best computer store I've been to. Owner went out their way to help me out for very affordable price AND even threw in some extras. I have been there now for all my computer and phone issues, they have helped every time. Good to see a great place in Spring Lake NC without spending the high costs of Geek Squad. 5 stars :)

Sam is the biggest flopping jerk to ever walk the streets of fayettenam. his promises are just as empty as HIS BRAIN! No matter what he promises you, you're better off hitting up the geek squad than this blood sucker.

1st they deleted al the pictires in my laptoo, 2nd I asked for a key that my laptop was missing and they change the whole.keyboard for a used one, no problem? Well after a week 6 to 8 keys wasn't working...took back to store and now the will charge me 60$ for it! What about, give me my working keyboard back?! They installed a camera program and was not well installed..had to take it to fix the issue. What else can happen? When picking up my laptop from fixing the camera issue, they lost the charger and now they say I just didn't bring it in. All this has happened in a everyweek basis, I just Had to DROP my online classes for not having a LAPTOP in a GOOD WORKING CONDITION. They are rude dishonest and disrespectful. WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
