I want to respond to the comment that was made concerning the client that posted the negative response on this page. I could easily delete it but I am not going to because I think clients have the right to read reviews even if there distasteful. Unlike most business owners I am not going to sweep allegations and accusations under the rug and will defend my company and the quality of service we provide. There are two sides to every story and I want to get the facts straight.



This was a situation as to which a client wanted something for nothing and was the type of scenario as to which no matter what we did we could not please this client.

The reference to us bashing other companies was a true statement and I will explain why. Mr. Jeff told me he called another company before us that offered snake chemical treatments.



These treatments are basically crushed up moth balls that are sprinkled over a lawn to help prevent snakes from supposedly ever gaining access onto a customer’s lawn. I told Mr. Jeff that the stuff does not work and this is a fact. If these treatments actually worked no one would call us for snake removal services.



A true professional animal removal company has enough knowledge to know that these treatments do not work and the company that offered these treatments new better and yes I will bash any company trying to sell this garbage to a client.



Mr. Jeff claimed he paid for trapping services as to which is not true, the trapping service was offered for free if Mr. Jeff accepted the bid to rodent and snake proof his home as was requested by Mr. Jeff. We have the animal removal service contract that Mr. Jeff signed that clearly stated the animal trapping service was for free and are happy share that and show that contract to any potential client that would like to see it to prove what we are saying is true and to show that the statement Mr. Jeff made was false.



Mr. Jeff kept having issues with wanting things done around his home that were not on the contract bid and that were not paid for all though we did do some of the things he requested at no extra cost to try to please him. Keep in mind that before we ever receive a second portion of any client’s payment we have the client walk around the home and do an inspection.



Once the work is completed and the client is satisfied we collect the remainder portion of the balance. Mr. Jeff paid us that 2nd portion after he approved the work.

In reference to the contractors Mr. Jeff mentioned that claimed that we did not do our job or the work properly, this was a paint crew he hired to paint his home as to which has no knowledge of professional experience dealing with wildlife and I suspect that they would have been willing to say anything to please Mr. Jeff and to gain possible extra work from him.



One of the most insulting things that were stated by Mr. Jeff was the fact that I was not kind to children or woman! His children were trying to touch the snake traps that we had set and I told them to never touch or tamper with the traps so they would not get hurt and I will tell any child that to insure the safety of any child.



Mr. Jeff called me repeatedly and cursed at me on the phone and screamed at me many times on the phone and after getting treated like that so many times I am sure I said things back to him that were not pleasant, a dog can only get kicked so many times before he will bite back! Mr. Jeff sent me over 25 text messages within 4 days and someone of them were threatening in nature and it got so bad that I had to go down to the Brentwood Police department to have them order Mr. Jeff from contacting me or my staff.



Out of 1,669 clients we have serviced since our business has been opened I have had only 3 unsatisfied customers and Mr. Jeff is number 3. You cannot please everyone, no matter how hard you try. I run an honest company and have the client reference to back it up!

Our experience is that this is the type of company that says all of the right things upfront. The owner bashed other companies & made all kinds of false promises. Once we paid for Trapping Service, the owner left us high & dry.



When we made repeated calls to have him complete the promised work, the owner whined & complained about everything he promised in the beginning & would not show up when stated.



The owner also misrepresented the cost of his supplies & we feel completely Ripped Off. His shoddy work on our home cost us nearly more to repair than his Fraudulent bid! Other Contractors showed us how he did not do what was promised in the bid.



Also be aware that the owner also is not thoughtful or kind to women & children. He tries to strong arm & yell when you inquire about him not doing the promised service.
