Our company, Asset Management Group, provided an equipment appraisal in December 2019 for the purpose of a finance transaction. We were paid a deposit of $1,000.00 towards our fee of $2,900.00. The balance, $1,900.00, remains unpaid as of June 15, 2020 despite numerous requests by email & telephone. We sending an “Official Demand Letter” today to the company and plan to pursue further collection efforts in TN thru the Small Claims Court. Our relationship with this company has been very unsatisfactory.
