I have dealt with these people several times over the years and found them to be caring and honest and helpful. Great products as well.

Very disappointed after dealing with these guys. They contracted chrome plating for an accessory and have refused to retrieve the items from us. The parts that were re-finished came out beautifully, and every attempt to return them has been concluded with a dead phone signal.

I would have chosen no stars, however that is not an option. This company hired us to do work for them. Chrome Plating. We re-finished the parts to perfection.. "Chris" refuses to pay for the service and has stuck us with parts. He even attempted to make a claim with Paypal. Numerous attempts to return the parts to Hot Car Accessories to no avail and they have taken no responsibility.
