We are a local home maintenance company that was started in 2007 to service our in-house property management business. As many of the homes we maintenance became 2 years old we began to have issues with the dryer vents that vented through the roof. As they became clogged, tenants were calling to complain that their dryers no longer worked properly. After investing some time and money we educated ourselves on the dangers and the correct solutions to resolve the lint build up in the dryer vent systems. WHAT WE DO: We inspect and clean your dryer vent free of lint from the dryer to the roof. We do not only just clean the vent, we also clean the inside of the dryer, transition connections and the screens on the roof vents that often clog.

Provided by YPmobileOur initial experience sold us and we try to maintain routine service. We went online and specifically looked for dryer vent cleaners. Our dryer was less than 5 months old and it was taking 2 hours to dry a load of towels. Very professional and thorough. The only sign they were there is the significantly shorter drying time and the magnet on the dryer (so you remember to call them next year. )
