The company was founded in 2003 by Bill Isenberger, Ed Hajic, and Robert Vogel, independent private consultants with more than 70 years combined professional experience in the cultural resources management and heritage preservation fields. Their shared vision is to provide an integrated, inter-disciplinary approach to applied history and archaeology work in the United States and overseas, utilizing state-of-the-art information technologies to help public and private sector clients satisfy their project planning needs, meet their legal obligations, and serve the interests of their constituencies.
