The Spokane office of The Cleaning Authority has been open since 2003 and is currently serving approximately 600 customers in the greater Spokane area. Mark and his wife, Sue, are both Spokane natives who attended WSU and UW. Our two boys, also Spokane natives, attended Lewis and Clark High School and graduated from the University of Washington. Our goal for each and every customer we serve is to provide the best quality clean with excellent and unmatched customer service. Our total quality approach to the daily operations makes us the benchmark in the residential cleaning business. Using this approach, we have achieved the coveted TCA franchise MARK OF EXCELLENCE AWARD for 7 years and counting, from 2006-2012, for outstanding customer service and quality of cleans. Also, we are proud to be the recipient of the first annual national Helping Hands Award which awards the office showing outstanding community service outreach.
