Serenity Spa and Massage is a wonderful way to pamper yourself from head to toe. It is a place where you can leave your busy world behind and enter a peaceful and relaxing environment. They have a professional and friendly staff. I'm looking forward to going again soon.

This is the best spa in spokane. I don't live here anymore but my mom and I found this spa when I was visiting. It is so nice and now ever time I visit I have to go here:) I have my manicuring license so I'm picky the about cleanliness and polishing and they I give them 5 stars for both

first time experience was phenomenal. I would honestly say I would not go somewhere else. I didn't expect the treatment I was given. Totally serene. Your pick of beverages along with some scones. This experience was priceless.

I never paint my nails because nail polish does not stay on them. I am amazed and love the gel manicure with Kayla. My nails have never looked so good. This service is a must!

Been here several times now for a shellac mani and pedi with Jenny. She is amazing! Definitely recommend this place! Wonderful and relaxing atmosphere!

So far I've only had mani and pedi appts. I see Kayla and she does an outstanding job! Excellent service, very friendly staff and good prices. What I really like is when you step inside the salon, you feel transported to some high-end day spa!!! Great attention to detail with decor and amenities like cucumber water, coffees and teas and sweet treats to enjoy while you await your appt, seated on a comfy sofa or chairs. truly relaxing and rejuvenating. I would highly recommend them!!!!

Heather is an estithician at Serenity Spa and she is amazing! She has helped my skin and is so personable. The environment is very relaxing and I always feel like I am getting the very best service. I recommend her to all my friends and I know they wont be disappointed!

I see Heather the esthetician she is amazing! She takes her time with you and is very detail oriented. I feel as Heather really cares about me and what my needs are. I have been other places but this place for sure out weighs the others. The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy. I am a regular customer and love it!

I've visited Serenity Spa and Massage twice and have had a good experience each time. I have gotten a massage each time and a mani pedi once.It's close to my house and a welcomed treatments for my muscles & toes!!! I would reccomend this place for anyone wanting to relax.

I was in town visiting my girlfriend and she mentioned this new spa in spokane. so we made an appointment for a massage and pedicure. It was the best $40 massage i ever had. i guess the normal price is 50, but still so relaxing. The pedicure was 30 and it was so much better than all those nail places on ever corner. When I come back to Spokane, we are going back to Serenity Spa.

I had the best massage of my life on Friday. I was having lower back pain and my friend told me about a new spa that just opened on the northside. I called and was able to get in on the same day. The massage was both relaxing and took away my back pain. I slept on my back all weekend without any problems. I am looking forward to going back.
