They get the work done in a timely manner. Friendly and professional.

These guys came highly recommended by some co-workers.We have been moving around alot and it is hard to find a good mechanic like the guys at Prior's. We have used this place a couple of time in the past, but last week was just AWESOME! We were down to our last nerve with our car, We took it in and told them to fix whatever so that we could sell it. Well it turned out to be a Mass Air Flow Sensor. All this time and other shops telling us it was the Catalytic converter (over 1500.00) or an engine. Wayne figured it out in under 30 minutes and saved our baby from the auction block. Thanks again for the friendly service

What a treat! We stopped in here on our way back from a more than amazing ski trip this weekend to Schweitzer Mountain in Sandpoint Id. Our Suburban we rented for the week had all kinds of lights and whistles come on while driving thru the Spokane Area. We looked on our phones and found this place on Yelp. It said that they were rude and didn't honor Groupons for some reason (classic right always bad reviews for auto shops). Still they were the closest and I kind of have a good time going to a business (even warned) that has some bad reviews just to see how bad it could be. We pulled up and popped the hood (Like we know anything) Suddenly out of nowhere is a big tall gentleman wearing white of all things asking us if he can give us a hand. We told him what was going on and he immediatley asked if we would like his help... Which we then told him it was a rental and we were not going to spend any money anyway. He fired back well give me a couple of minutes with my Scanner and Let you know what is going on "no charge". So of course we let him..... About 10 minutes later he emerged covered in road grime on his white shirt and said we were ready to go. We asked hime what the matter was? He replied that the electrical connector to the oil sendsr unit (i think) had come un plugged and we wouldnt have to worry about it again. He pulled the truck out and we were on our way. You just don't run in to people like this everyday. We went back into the lobby and talked with a couple of folks that were in with thier cars too. All goood feedback. We said our goodbyes to Spokane and headed back to home. I am only giving it a very good review because we didn't have work done but WOW what a difference from other places I have been with my car.... Wish you guys were in my town! Thanks again

I had a lot of things left "undone" when I visited Prior's. I asked them to check the lights and bulbs. I end up leaving the business after (unbeknownst to me) with no running lights, driving in the dark on the freeway and get a hefty ticket for my trouble. Also no ABS, cruise control, and no lights when using key-fob and the list continues. They fowled up my electrical system! And I paid for this? Now I will need to pay someone else to fix these issues?When I took it back they looked it over and told me everything was fine. It's not.In past visits I have had them leave the hood unlatched, only to notice on the freeway. Luckily it didn't fly up on the freeway! I have been overcharged almost $100 by accident. I dont think Prior's is a malicious business, I think they are just in too much of a hurry or don't have the knowledge set to do a good job or both. In any case I would not recommend taking your car to Prior's!
