Alert! Don't be another victim of Precision Denture. You will recieve purposefully bad dentures. You will be treated horribly. He seems to hate "free" medical and is going to do all he can to punish you if you have it. From so of the reviews on him I've read even if you are paying out of pocket he he still does not treat you with respect and caring. If you have already had the joy of being mistreated by these people you can go to www.ATG.WA.gov and file a complaint I think enough people have been mistreated and made miserable by Russ and Assoc. and they need to be stopped!

My daughter was getting ready to graduate from college and Russ worked the whole weekend to make sure my dentures would be ready. They fit perfectly and I found the staff to warm and friendly as well as proffessional.

My wife recently had implants to anchor her dentures and Mr. Hill did a great job of modifying her set of teeth. He also created new dentures for my sister-in-law after her implants and they fit like a glove! reasonable rates as well!

I went to precision Denture for my first full set. I came out with a horse mouth. The denture guy's wife was there and said I looked great BUT I could not believe the huge teeth in my mouth I couldn't even close my mouth. Even after a complained he told me to go home and try them out. I couldn't talk, eat or anything with the horses teeth he made for me. when i went back he was always to busy or not there according to his wife and Daughter. I went back 4 times to no avail. So now he has enough nerve to bill me for the remainder of payment. All I can say to him and his bill sue me. I never herd from him again. I went to someone else to see if they could fix the dentures. Not a chance had to get a new pair made and all is well 2 years later. Now I'm out the $ 200.00 payment I paid to precision denture. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SMILE. DON'T TRUST ANYONE IN THAT OFFICE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. This is a bad place to do your business with. I am so sure you wont be happy walking out of
