Best place for my nervous dog Elsie to have her nails trimmed. Very cheap but they deserve to be tipped!

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE - Our dog Simba, had the last 5 months of regularly scheduled grooming visits to Pawsitive Image groomers.
The first and second time he was groomed and trimmed well with little hair to brush out when he returned home.
On the third visit in August everything was like the first time except they shaved our dog's belly so close there was a 6 inch long cut on his belly and it was raw and just barely bleeding. We called and complained, they apologized.
On the fourth visit in September 2021 the work was as we requested them to be more careful and we did not have to brush Simba out after his grooming.
This time, today October 8th, 2021, they groomed Simba as requested with the exception they did not brush him out as we expected and paid them to do. I had just vacuumed out my car completely and all the seats then ran it through the carwash. When driving Simba home with the two rear windows open about eight inches, his hair began flying all over the car and once home I figured I'd brush Simba out the get any loose hair missed during the grooming. After 15 minutes of careful brushing I had two handfuls of hair and it kept coming out. I called the groomer and they said to bring him in and they will plow the loose hair off. Upon my arrival the groomed who worked on Simba met me at the check-in gate and began rudely instructing me on how that was normal for all dogs like ours to shed, and how she had years of experience and I only had him 9 months. I tried to talk and tell her it was not so on the last several visits but she kept cutting me off to talk herself. I finally asked, "Can you please just blow him off like I paid for" Then she took our dog and spent about ten seconds making two or three passes with her blow dryer and returned him to me at the gate telling me if I was not happy I should look for another groomer.
I'm sorry I tipped her $20 and I'm looking for a new respectful groomer.

It's been the best place I have taken my dogs ..they do a excellent job and the dogs are always well taken care of ..I have springer spaniels I take there and they always look perfect.they also have self service wash tubs with everything you need to clean and dry them
