I bought a ring at this Pawn 1 store on Division in Spokane and delt with the one and only "Dotty"! I was going to give the ring as a surprise but things just didn't work out right at the time so I was forced to return it. As I spoke with Dotty and asked if I could return this I was informed I was only allowed to recieve an in store exchange for the same value. I didn't bring merchandise with me, simply cash, I had the reciept and I even said please but too bad soo sad for me!! I pay cash and can't have cash back?

Such a DISTASTEFULL decision on their part for doing this as well as on my part for shopping at this establishment.

NEVER AGAIN!!
