These so called "trainers" are stuck in 1985, in the era of prong collars, harsh physical corrections, and abusive methods. They are not credentialed trainers, they are people who own competition dogs and they think that makes them trainers. They do not complete any continuing education, which is why their methods are so outdated. They are all about using pain and fear to completely dominate and control your dog. If you want your dog to love training and to work for you because they respect you and love to work, then please go somewhere else. If you enjoy physically abusing your dog and want a dog who is simply too terrified to do anything, then this is the place for you. These people are absolutely out of control, and no reputable trainer works this way.
