Glenrose Plumbing installed a Moen Kitchen faucet in 2009 with a lifetime warranty for over $600 but refused to give us the Moen paperwork ie. warranty & instructions saying they would take care of us. Called Glenrose Plumbing to repair this faucet in 2014. They came out right away but did not have the proper parts on hand to repair it. Charged $152 with tax to tell us what the Moen phone number was and incorrectly tell us now what the model series faucet was. Finally bought a cheap faucet & new flex line at Lowe's for about $50 & replaced it myself. This is a horrible business model - I will never use them and obviously advice everyone else not to as well.
