I hear whining from all the people that don't get full retail for the stuff they want to pawn, but I have NEVER had a bad time in this store. I am treated with personal care and service every time I go in, whether I'm buying or selling, it doesn't matter, same great service. I love the gun guys, they always suggest something for me and I have NEVER been lead astray, 3 or 4 of my best in a lifetime guns have been bought here and the truth is, the prices are a STEAL!!! Can't say enough about the staff, good to go in my book!

Just purchased 2 new 110 pitbikes, the service and people were very nice and helpful. Ken took extra time to explain all the ins and outs. Very helpful. Have done business with them for over 10 yrs. and have always been fair and honest with me.

Mitch the manage has NO social skills. I will not be buying anything from this location ever again. And maybe not from the valley location either.Rodger

I have been a customer of Double Eagle Pawn for some time. I have purchased tools, electronics, jewelry,CD's and more. I feel their prices are fair and reasonable compared to buying new products. The staff has always been friendly and spending as much time as needed to answer questions. Ed M

I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Everyone there has always gone out of their way to help in any way they can. Although at times people may not agree with the price they are quoted, you should remember that they are in business to make money and may have to sit on the items they take in for quite some time before they can resell it. It costs money to maintain storage space, and they may never be able to resell it. I have always been treated with respect and real concern for problems I have had at times. Remember, they are people too and have the same problems and do care. I am not related to anyone there but do count a lot of them as my friends. When looking to buy something, I always look here first and have rarely been disappointed. If something has been wrong with a purchase, they go above and beyond to make it right, even though items are generally sold "as is". Give them a try first. You won't be disappointed.

What can a person say? Unbelievable poor service . I agree with other reviews that are not posted by them to look good.caution!

I agree that they dont know the value of their stuff. but sometimes that's a good thing. I scored a 125$ ps game for 6$ They are better than pawn 1 about refunds. just make sure you leave the price sticker. Cheapest place to get movies too. 4 for 7$

In general, I think pawnshops provide a good service to folks. But this place is the worst. Either they don't know the value of items, or they lie. I have been told "we only sell these for $40", then I see the item I sold for $20 selling for $85. They charge the max. interest, and will not loan more than 40% of the value of items. I would love to start a pawnshop, I could put them out of business. One Star because it is required!!!

The only reason I am giving it a star is because I have to, they rip you off even after being a loyal customer for more than a year.
