Chapala's is the best Mexican restaurant in Spokane HANDS DOWN! You want real Mexican food and drinks you come here. Friendliness is a 10/10 drink is never empty! Connie is a miracle worker in the restaurant industry.

Food is great but the customer service sucks. Got our food right away then didnt see the waiter again until 15 minutes after we were done eating.

These folks are terrific!!! The Chile Rellano is absolutely delicious!!!

The absolute best in Mexican food is here at Chapala! The best thing about it is that you can describe how you want your dish prepared and they will do it for you. You don't have to order strickly from the menu. I love that feature because I never order anything right from the menu...whatever the reason, I have to have certain things certain ways.

The staff is friendly and always ready to help without hovering.

The atmosphere is original but not over the top. I don't think any Mexican Restaurant, anywhere, could outdo Chapala.
