The worst collections company I have ever dealt with. I have had two other accounts go to collections to other agencies and I was more than happy to pay them since the staff was polite and willing to work with me. This company was extremely rude and not willing to work with me at all, why would I want to pay someone that acts that way. You are still a company providing a service, you should probably act like it.

CBS collections was rude, disrespectful and disregarding. 6 weeks have passed since debt was paid off and still showing on credit report as not paid. Other agency had it as paid off within 10 days of payment.
