made an appointment in August 2016 and I missed it. So I got a letter for a no show fee of $100. I called the office about it I said I don't remember agreeing to such a fee if I didn't show up. She said I did sign an agreement in 2012. Think about that $100 2012. So The Dr. did a great job in 2012 and I would recommend him. I do remember the procedure. Be careful about the no show fee for $100. Also they don't remind you about it like they did to me. Four years later and they expected me to remember when I signed a paper when I was in terrible pain. Heck I would have signed anything. I wish they would have reminded me that would have been helpful, but I guess they did after the fact.

Dr. Freuen and his team performed a difficult surgery, which required breaking my daughters jaw and adding a plate in order to extend her jaw. This Doctor did a magnificent job and has been right there for all of the post-op needs. You can trust this man and his team with your loved ones

I had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Ames a couple of months ago. The staff was so nice and friendly, they really made me feel comfortable. I was so busy talking to them that I didn't even notice them put in my IV! I never had any problems after my surgery but I really liked that Dr. Ames called me later to check and see how I was feeling. I barely had any pain but when I did, I used the gel stuff that they gave me and that took care of it, only had to take 1 pain pill. I would recommend this office to anyone, they are great!

I was recently a patient there and there staff was great and very professional, till the day of the surgery Dr.Ames couldnt get me numb and had to re numb me several times during surgery. I left and was give pain killers witch i have been on the same ones for several years, they werent covering the pain and i asked the dr to give me something else, and that was when i was called a drug seeker and several other things after i had had a surgery with him he tells me no body dies from pain. I will never be back to see Dr. Ames and will never suggest that dr. to anyone, I also know of another pregnet mother that had tooth exstractions from him and he gave he medicine that made her sick and refused to give a different medication and was told she was going to be a horrible mother taking drugs that he prescribed. So it is up to you if you want pain then seee Dr. Ames hes good for causing pain.
