STUDIO 3 MEDIA and Gene Colburn earned very high marks in my recent use of their service. I had a rush job. It involved making 200 copies of a video. A number of annoying problems bedeviled me, a novice at video reproduction. For instance, my video production software imposed an unattractive “monopoly board” image accompanied by irrelevant music at the beginning of my video. It also didn’t handle the menu problem for my production well. Gene took care of both problems, generating a very nice menu page and clear menu choices – with no accompanying music. Given the “need it yesterday” character of the project, I was pleased that Gene was always readily available for email and phone communication about the job. A number of difficulties occurred as things progressed, but he expertly took care of them. And then, the next day, a very nicely packed box of 200 DVDs, with handsome and readable labels printed on the discs, appeared at my door via the mail. I was very grateful and entirely satisfied with STUDIO 3 MEDIA’s work and also with the patience Gene showed in walking me through an unfamiliar process.
