Been doing business with Ron for years. Best fit, quality of work, price of work, fit of work, people to do business with in Spokane for the money.

I recently took in a bench seat for my truck was looking to get re-done. The owner Ron estimated my seat and told me it would be done within ten days no problem and would call me if done sooner. 2 weeks go by and I didn't hear one word, not one call or anything about my seats, I decided to do a surprised stop by only to find the shop was closed during his open hours...had a sign on door that he would be back at 1pm this was at 1:30pm. So I call the owner Ron and ask his about my seats he proceeds to tell me he hasn't started them and started trying to make bullshit excuses saying we didn't pick a material to re do it with, complete lie I picked everything out for the seats when I dropped it off. With that being said even if I didn't (which I did ) why would he tell me 10 days then not even try and call me one time for 2 weeks to pick a material? I told Ron to forget it and I'll pick me up, he tried basically holding my seat hostage only reason I got it back is because I was outside his shop and wasn't going anywhere til I got it back, he ends up coming out of the business right next to his after he says he couldn't meet me til tomarrow. Take your business elsewhere where it will actually get done people, river city is a complete joke. Don't want people going thru a 2 week waste of time for no reason! Thank you

Poor communication skills. Waste of time. Brought truck bench seats into Ron he estimated then and told me ten days. I came back 2 weeks later to find my seats untouched and tons of excuses.

I sent a customer to this company and was later shocked to find that they had convinced her that she had to have much more done than what was really necessary. Instead of a $600 job it grew into over a $2000.00 job. I will never send another customer their way again.
