Gold seal was great! They came out on time, reviewed options and pricing for a toilet issue, and got the job done in a few hours. They even had someone bring them an item they didnt have on the truck so it could be done right away. Thank you!

Ryan and Daryl satisfied all of our issues with replacement of water heater, toilet and new water descaler. They went above and beyond with each question we asked and fixed an issue with a “not up to code” soft water system. They proved its better to provide service than try to oversell. We live on the outskirts of Spokane Valley, WA. This morning, we noticed that there was gray-water in our basement after a couple of showers were taken. We immediately called Gold Seal Plumbing (always at the top of our plumbing list). A couple hours later, Jason D. & Terrin G. show up at our house. They asked about our plumbing issues, and began to work on them instantly. Not only did they fix the issues quickly, but they put in extra time to make sure that the fix was done right. Once they were satisfied with the results, they gave advice on how to prevent another issue as well as if more issues come up that a pipe camera would be recommended. Jason D & Terrin G were also extremely nice and personable. They worked well together, and very pleasant to talk with. These two are true professionals, and I would highly recommend Gold Seal Plumbing. to anyone with plumbing issues.

Troy is professional & honest. I am going to have the sprinkler system install but need to sign a waiver for my ancient water valve. I called Gold Seal and they sent Troy who carefully patiently inspected the valve & wrote on an official document what he had done & stating on the paperwork that valve works fine so it's "no charge". These few days, I called numerous plumbing companies, all of them specify they will charge a fee no matter works need to be done or not.

Bobby B did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing my plumbing issue. He coordinated with the City in a timely fashion. Made recommendations for improvements I can make to my house and cleaned up after himself before he left. I highly recommend Gold Seal and will request Bobby as my service technician should I need assistance again!

I have had Gold Seal up to my place many times and have been very pleased with the promptness and professionalism shown to me each time. This last time was no different. Bobby and Jarred did a great job in repairing a leaky stand pipe and my water heater. They both were courteous and professional and did a great job. After Jeremiah left, I tested the water and it was still cold after waiting 30 minutes. So, I called my maintenance department and they sent out another guy from Golden Seal Plumbing named Adam to clean up the mess. Adam was very quick to arrive and he wore the little blue booties on his shoes like he was supposed to I am guessing. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He changed the thermostat and turned it on and waited until I could confirm that there was a change in the water temperature. I confirmed it and he was on his way. Top notch job and very personable. He was called in to clean up a job that should have been done right the first time and it was about 8pm when he started. He had already worked a full day that started at 6:30am and I would not have even known that. I only knew that because I asked if he was on another shift or just on call for the day. But he worked a full shift and then was on call at night. Very impressed with his work and professionalism!

I love this company. Today Jason D and Jarrod G came out and i couldnt be any more impressed with them. Not only are the excellent at what they do but the level at which they do it is outstanding. They are polite, professional, kind and informative. Thanks again guys!! I always know I'm in good hands with gold seal.

A decent plumbing contractor. They upgraded our piping in our master bathroom renovation. The price was a little high, but the workmanship was definitely up to par. We recommend them.

While I certainly hope we don't need any plumbing work done any time soon, if (or when) we do, I wouldn't want to have anyone but Rob do the work for us. He is super professional, clearly explains what needs to be done, and does the highest quality work. Our latest job went from being a routine valve replacement to a larger leak that required removing part of the wallboard. Rob was very helpful in explaining what I could do to help make the process more efficient (and cost effective) and then went out of his way to work around my schedule to return to finish the job ... even though that meant that he would have to work into the evening. Rob didn't let any of this bother him, and kept his usual great sense of humor. I would recommend Gold Seal to friends and neighbors, especially if they could have Rob do the work.

Scott from Gold Seal was a complete professional - very knowledgeable and had great advice to give us for our plumbing needs. He was courteous, positive, quick and clean with the multiple installations. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any of my friends.

This place is a joke! They lied to me and said they didnt get the work order to replace my water heater. When i called the company sending the work order they said that gold seal refused to come out to my house. If my bussiness isnt good enough for them i doubt yours will be. I will NOT recomend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.
