Ok, its 1 AM and Im coming home from some friends house, Im way out in the country in Owen county and my 2005 Honda Accord decides it just wont go any further. Now Ive gone from an enjoyable ride home to a state of panic..I dont even know if I have cell phone reception. You never really notice how far it is to the next major road till youre out in the country and your car quits. Fortunately my cell phone worked and I reached my husband, who in turn called several towing companies that couldnt help us or didnt even answer the phone. But after calling Aarons Auto Care, they had a wrecker there in about 30 minutes. Erich, the owner called me the next day with an accurate estimate to replace my fuel pump, and it was done by that evening. Their shop is clean and professional with uniformed employees. I also appreciated the little things they did...on top of helping me with free towing in the middle of the night and not taking advantage of me with higher prices than I was quoted on the repair, I drove away with all of my windows cleaned inside and out and my carpet vacuumed. The other shops could sure learn some lessons from these guys..Im not going anywhere else...Thanks guys JuliaAnne
