The family who owns this place went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot my operator-error issues with my vape pen and even replaced it free of charge, even though it was my own fault it broke. Then they helped me with receipts to return the original product to the manufacturer. In just one visit I learned a ton and was treated with empathy and compassion. I can not say enough good things about this company. They truly care about what they sell and the people they sell to!
