Highly recommended! My grandchildren have been going to Kim for over 2 years, not only is she there for the kids but has also allowed me to learn how to deal with behaviors myself. These children came from being angry, scared and insecure to thriving in school, at home and are involved in their church, community and extra curricular activities. They are very well adjusted and I couldn't be happier with what Kim has done for our family. She puts the childrens needs ahead of everyones. She has never put finances in front of family needs. My grandchildren love her and trust her. She is their friend as well as someone they respect and listen to when it comes to behavior.

Terrible billing practices.

My daughter started seeing Kim Rosborough in April 2019. On May 30, I asked for an invoice of all appointments to date. On May 31, I was given an invoice missing the May 30 appointment. I figured that maybe it would take a few days to get the appointment listed and submitted to insurance.

On September 15, I asked for an updated invoice, as the May 30 appointment had still not been submitted to insurance. I received no response to my email.

On October 2, I again requested an updated invoice. Again, I did not receive an invoice.

On October 10, I again requested an updated invoice. I finally got an invoice on October 17, but the invoice had numerous errors. It was missing four appointments and three payments.

On October 18, I again requested an updated/corrected invoice. As of this writing (December 16, 2019), I have not received a corrected invoice. I did get a bill in the mail (Nov 25) for two appointments (May 30 and Oct 24) for which I've already paid on the dates of those appointments (and have receipts for those payments).

Extremely disappointed in service and my child shows no advances in their 2 years of regular sessions. She will drag things out as long as you are paying the high fees!There are othe much more suitable and competent therapists in the area. Do not subject your children to this "therapist", no results and drawn out with nothing accomplished and child feels as disappointed in himself. No secretary,wait weeks for progress reports that all sound exactly like the one before!Is not a reliable source for help with children who actually need help. But she will gladly see your child as long as you are paying!

The people at this place are SO nice and wonderful! Everyone is very kind and caring, and very understanding. I would suggest to anyone needing guidence and someone to talk to please give the people here a call!!
